I had the honor of working with Hakiel Hemans, a renowned graphic designer for the Connecticut Sun WNBA, who shared his professional journey and insights with graphic design students at Central Connecticut State University. This experience was instrumental in expanding my understanding of the graphic design industry and the specific challenges and opportunities within the sports sector. I also created a font poster for the font style Alba, a retro-inspired typeface from the 1970s, capturing its nostalgic essence through vibrant and playful design. Additionally, I participated in a contest organized by PSAid.org, where design students were challenged to create a Public Service Announcement (PSA) emphasizing the importance of cash donations for international disaster relief.
